Academica Pte. Ltd. ("Academica", "we"), operating out of Singapore.

One account works across all our products. Keep your credentials secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age to contract.

• Research outputs are generated with machine assistance and may contain errors. They are not medical, legal, or financial advice — verify citations before relying on them.
• For FaceNet, only upload imagery of people you have the right and any required consents to analyze. No unlawful surveillance.
• Client workspaces provisioned under a separate agreement follow that agreement where it differs.

No unlawful use, no attempts to breach or overload the services, no uploading content you lack rights to, no reselling access without our written agreement.

Your content and your generated reports are yours. You grant us the license needed to host and process them to run the services. The services, software, and marks are ours.

The services are provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months. You can close your account anytime; we may suspend accounts that break these terms. We may update these terms with notice; continued use is acceptance. Singapore law governs.
